Privacy
The clinic collects as little as it can. Case submissions, newsletter signups, partner inquiries, and contact messages are stored so the team can respond. They are not public records.
What we collect
- Intake forms: name or handle, email, optional location, deck notes, consent flags.
- Bulletin: email and optional display name.
- Analytics events without marketing profiles: page views and conversion actions.
What we do not publish
- Emails
- Legal names unless you chose “real name”
- Raw form submissions
- Internal notes
- IP addresses
Identity on published cases
You choose real name, handle, or anonymous before a case is sent to triage. Unpublished submissions can be withdrawn by emailing the clinic with your reference code.
Retention
Records stay until they are no longer needed for triage, legal, or operational reasons. Configure a transactional email and database before treating this as a production privacy program.
